Every now and then we host parties, so you can mingle with LovestruckLondon's best and brightest.

Here's how it works: turn up (wingman/woman or three optional), have a few drinks, and chat to all the other Lovestruck lovelies and their friends, whilst learning to how to read body language, bluff and show your hand (sounds a bit like dating) in a relaxed alcoholtastic environment, courtesy of the fabulous PKR.com crew.

If you feel that poker's not your thang, no problem. Just pop along and treat the night like one of our normal LSL parties by working the target-rich room. You don't have to do anything you don't want to. (It's all about you, dude.) For those that do get into the poker vibe, PKR.com have some great prizes up for grabs.

Moving on to the online singles events, 'Lovestruck Evenings' with super-quick, super-fun online poker games will now take place on PKR.com EVERY Monday from 8pm, starting NEXT WEEK: Monday 1 December.

Whether you're a bit of a poker pro or a complete poker newbie, 'Lovestruck Evenings' on PKR.com gives you a chance to learn and/or hone your poker skills while chatting and flirting with other Lovestruckers from all over the UK in in a relaxed, fun atmosphere.

Here's the lowdown. There will be four poker tournaments over the course of the evening.  The first, at 8pm, will be a free-to-enter game, and PKR will put $100 into the prize fund. The second game, at 8:45pm, will be a $1 (£0.66) buy in (PKR will add $50 on top of the buy-ins of the players). The third, at 9:30pm, will be a $3 (£1.98) buy in and the last event will start at 10:15 and be a $2 (£1.32) buy-in.

So, you can play for free, or for you big hitters out there, invest up to £2. And you could win, well, we can't do the math, but it's loads. Crunchtastic, huh?
 
Right, so here's what you need to do:

1. Visit PKR.com, and download the software. It's free, it only takes a second and it won't take up much space on your computer
2. Double-click on the PKR icon on your desktop, install it and log in to PKR.com
3. Once into PKR, you will see the tournament lobby. To get to the Lovestruck tables simply click on the 'Scheduled Tournaments' tab, and then on the 'Private Tournaments' tab. This will bring up this week's Lovestruck event
4. Double-click on the one you want, and click the 'Register For Tournament' button, where you will then be asked to enter the Lovestruck password, which is 'Social'
6. Play poker, flirt, play poker, win, and go to bed a happy bunny.

Note: If you want to play in any of the buy-in tournaments you will need to place a deposit. Simply click on the 'My Accounts' tab and hit the 'deposit' button.
